dbricks website maintenance includes hosting, updates, backups, security and, depending on the plan, unlimited content changes, for a fixed monthly fee from €60 including VAT. You focus on your business and we make sure your website works, loads fast and stays up to date.
What do the maintenance plans include?
There are three plans, all including VAT. Basic, from €60 a month, covers hosting, updates, weekly backups and security. Website, from €120, adds unlimited content changes. Store, from €170, adds catalogue management: products, prices and images. All of them include hack recovery.

Unlimited changes with fair use: they do not include new sections, new features or redesigns, which are quoted separately.
What happens if you do not maintain your website?
An unmaintained website builds up outdated versions of WordPress and plugins, the most common entry point for attacks. It also gets slower, can break after a server update and, without backups, a single failure can wipe out all your content. Google also takes speed and security into account.
Website maintenance FAQ
Do I have to sign up for maintenance?
No. The month after launch you choose: sign up for maintenance, which includes hosting, or keep just the website. If you choose the latter, we transfer the domain, hosting and all logins and accounts to your name, with no minimum term, and if you later need a one-off change or help, we work by the hour at €22 including VAT.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, maintenance has a minimum term of 12 months. If you leave earlier, you pay a single monthly fee for the cancellation and maintenance ends at that point. After that, it renews month by month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice by email. The conditions and the exact fee are agreed with you before we start and are set out in writing in the proposal.
What happens if my website gets hacked?
With a maintenance plan, recovery is included at no extra cost. We respond within 24 hours, restore the website from the latest weekly backup, close the way in and check that it is clean. Without maintenance, recovery is quoted at the same prices as a new website.
Do you maintain websites built by someone else?
Yes. Before taking it on we review its condition, security and speed and tell you what we find. If the website has serious problems or has been hacked, we restore it before starting monthly maintenance, at the same prices as a new website depending on its size.
