What is business process automation?
Business process automation means letting software carry out tasks that a person used to do by hand, always following the same steps. For example: when a form arrives, the data is saved in your CRM, a reply email goes out and a task is created, without anyone touching it.

Which tool is best: n8n, Make, UiPath or custom code?
It depends on the process. n8n is ideal for complex workflows and for keeping control of your data. Make is quick to set up and easy to use. How much does it cost to automate a process?
A basic automation with n8n, Make or UiPath starts at €150 including VAT, and a mid-size one at €400, plus maintenance of €50 to €100 or €100 to €150 a month. Installing n8n on your own infrastructure starts at €450; large automations are quoted after a free call. As a guide to savings: a 5-hour weekly task adds up to around 20 hours a month.

Do I need to change the software I already use?
Usually not. Automation connects the tools you already have, such as your email, Google Workspace, your CRM, your ERP or your online store. Only if a program allows no connection at all do we look at alternatives, such as a UiPath robot or a small custom application.
How long does an automation take?
An automation is ready in one to two weeks at most, including tests with real data. The exact timeline is set in the proposal after the first call. If the process is long, we split it into phases so the first part starts saving you time as soon as possible.
Is it safe to connect my programs?
Yes, when done properly. We use each program's official connections, with permissions limited to what is needed, and credentials are stored encrypted. If you handle sensitive data, we can install n8n on your own server so the information never leaves your infrastructure.
