n8n is a workflow automation platform with a visual editor: each step of the process is a "node" connected to the next. It is used to connect applications, move data between them and run tasks automatically. It can run in the cloud or on your own server, and it lets you add code and artificial intelligence.

How much does an n8n automation cost?
A basic n8n workflow starts at €150 including VAT, and a mid-size one at €400. Maintenance is €50 to €100 a month for basic workflows and €100 to €150 for mid-size ones, with the dbricks server included. If your company needs n8n on its own infrastructure, installation starts at €450.

Is n8n free?
n8n has a community edition that can be installed on a server with no licence fee; you only pay for the server. If we build your workflows on the dbricks instance, the server is included in maintenance. If you need n8n on your own infrastructure, we recommend the most cost-effective edition for your volume and needs.
Can n8n be used with AI?
Yes. n8n can include AI models inside workflows to sort emails, extract data from documents, summarise text or build assistants that answer questions. AI is used as one more step in the process, with clear rules and human review when the decision matters.
Can you review or improve my existing n8n workflows?
Yes. We review your current workflows to spot errors, unnecessary steps, security risks and executions that fail silently. Then we suggest specific improvements or fix and maintain them for you. We also migrate automations built in other tools, such as Zapier or Make, to n8n.
