dbricks is a web design and process automation studio founded by Mario Amadeo Muñoz Castellano. It designs, builds and maintains websites and automates processes with n8n, Make, UiPath and custom applications for freelancers, small businesses and companies across Spain, with one person in charge from start to finish.

Who is behind dbricks?

Behind dbricks is Mario Amadeo Muñoz Castellano, who came to technology from business. Before building his first website, he spent more than 15 years selling, serving customers, negotiating with suppliers and leading teams in large-scale retail. Today he combines that commercial experience with web development and process automation.

He spent 17 years at Carrefour, from 2005 to 2022, first in Granada and then in Madrid, where he held his most senior roles. In 2018 he joined Carrefour Alcobendas as food sales manager, in charge of orders, staff, inventory, shrinkage control and supplier negotiations. That same year he took over the food department at Carrefour Alcalá de Henares, where until 2022 he handled order forecasting, logistics and stock, loss control, team and inventory management, sales plans and shelf-space negotiations with suppliers.

His commercial background goes back a long way: he holds a Higher Technician diploma in Sales Management and Marketing. In 2024 he moved into tech, and in 2026 he completed a Higher Technician Diploma (Técnico Superior, a Spanish vocational qualification) in Multiplatform Application Development, with an average grade of 8.1 out of 10. That same year, during an internship in the marketing department of Editorial Grupo IC, he built n8n automations: migrating workflows from Make, integrating APIs and streamlining repetitive tasks.

That is why at dbricks websites and automations are designed as business tools: to attract clients, sell more and save hours, not just to look good.

Why does it matter that your provider understands business?

Because a website or an automation is only worth it if it improves your business. Someone who has managed sales, orders, stock, suppliers and teams for years knows which tasks waste time and what makes a customer buy. That commercial view, combined with technical skills, leads to solutions designed to sell more and work less.

What is the founder's background?

Mario Amadeo Muñoz Castellano worked at Carrefour for 17 years, from 2005 to 2022; the last four in Madrid, managing the food department. He trained in Sales Management and Marketing and later in Multiplatform Application Development. In 2026 he did an internship automating marketing processes with n8n and founded dbricks, a web design and automation studio.

Which technologies do we use?

We choose the technology for each case, not the other way round. For websites, custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript when speed matters, and WordPress when you want to edit it yourself. For automation, n8n, Make and UiPath. For custom applications, Java and JavaScript, and we also work with Python, Kotlin and PHP.
